• In- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to deliverb accurate documentation and task completion
• Background in customer service with reporting and analysis experience

Common Uses:

• Provide customers with after-sales support
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers
• Assists with placement of orders, refunds or exchange
• Collects, analyzes, consolidates and reports key sales metrics and data using internal and external data sources
• Coordinates sales related matters with other units
• Scrub leads lists and qualify incoming leads
