Position:
Virtual Help Desk Support:
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems
- Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of software, hardware, network and other equipment
- Handling IT requests via telephone, email or Help Desk application
Common Uses:
- Provide support in the use of computer hardware, software, monitors the production scheduling, execution and successful completion of production jobs
- Sets up accounts, assigning security level, providing software updates
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action
procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other
technical resource as appropriate
