  • 1-3 years Help Desk experience
  • BS Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Position:

Virtual Help Desk Support:

  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, network and other equipment
  • Handling IT requests via telephone, email or Help Desk application

Common Uses:

  • Provide support in the use of computer hardware, software, monitors the production scheduling, execution and successful completion of production jobs
  • Sets up accounts, assigning security level, providing software updates
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action
    procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other
    technical resource as appropriate
