Position:
Virtual Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details and high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
- Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation
Common Uses:
- Engage with prospective, existing and previous customers through inbound and outbound contacts
- Build customer relationships and identify customers’ needs through appropriate questioning, active listening and situation analysis
- Analyzes customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution’s
- Document transactions with thoroughness and accuracy
- Maintain quality service by adhering to company and industry best practices, standards and policies
- Ensure that requests are processed in a timely and reliable manner
Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Completed at least two (2) years of college education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet
- Experience in a Contact Centre Service environment
