Position:

Virtual Customer Service Representative:

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to details and high accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
  • Basic knowledge of computer usage and internet navigation

Common Uses:

  • Engage with prospective, existing and previous customers through inbound and outbound contacts
  • Build customer relationships and identify customers’ needs through appropriate questioning, active listening and situation analysis
  • Analyzes customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution’s
  • Document transactions with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to company and industry best practices, standards and policies
  • Ensure that requests are processed in a timely and reliable manner

 

Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Completed at least two (2) years of college education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet
  • Experience in a Contact Centre Service environment
